REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: - Valid Driver's License (Malaysian Competent Driving License or International Driving Permit; minimum age 23 years). - Valid Malaysian MyKad or International Passport. 2. RENTAL PERIOD & BILLING CYCLE: - Rentals are calculated based on an exact 24-hour cycle from the agreed vehicle delivery time. - Minimum booking period: 2 days. 3. SECURITY DEPOSIT: - A refundable luxury security deposit of RM 300.00 is required upon vehicle handover. - The deposit will be fully refunded within 1 to 3 business days after return, subject to vehicle inspection and traffic summons clearance. 4. EXTRA HOUR & LATE RETURN POLICY: - Extended rental / late returns are billed at RM 50.00 per hour (up to a 5-hour buffer limit) as per the Luxury Rental Template. - Any delay exceeding the 5-hour buffer limit will be charged as an additional full rental day. 5. FUEL POLICY: - The vehicle requires RON 97 petrol and must be returned with the same fuel level as recorded during delivery (Level-to-Level basis). 6. COMPLIMENTARY PICKUP & RETURN LOCATIONS: - Free VIP pickup and drop-off available at Langkawi International Airport and Jetty Point Kuah. - Complimentary delivery available to luxury resorts (The Datai, St. Regis, Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, Pelangi Beach Resort). 7. USAGE POLICY: - Self-drive on paved public roads only; off-road, beach driving, and track usage are strictly prohibited.
